Can I pay in lira?

Yes, in both shops, at the rate shown at the till. Online orders are charged in US dollars.

How long does the bread keep?

The country white and the rye keep three to four days in a bread bag; the baguette and manoushe are best on the day. Everything freezes well — slice it first.

Can I order by phone?

Yes: call +961 3 555 010 between 7:00 and 20:00. For cakes and catering, email is easier because we can send you pictures.

Do you have seating?

Both shops have tables inside and a few outside. Hamra has free wifi; ask at the counter for the password.
